Letter from Salman in support of Aung San Suu Kyi

We are honored to join with men and women of good will and conscience to raise our voices in protest at the unjust imprisonment of Aung San Suu Kyi.

Recognized by her peers around the world as a Laureate of Peace, she earnestly seeks for peace and prosperity for her beloved homeland (The Republic of Myanmar). We know that prosperity and peace must certainly be the wish of all her countrymen and women, even those who hold her; and hope that this message helps to remind them of their responsibility as guardians of the welfare of the people of their country.

We hope that our message will also reach Aung San Suu Kyi to remind her that she is neither forgotten nor abandoned. We who are watching neither slumber nor sleep.
