with Pakistani music with a blend of western touch.

there work and showed there appreciation by singing a single
from U2album among lot of cheering from the crowd.
Junoon
recently released their first English song No More dedicated
for the victims of 9/11. They were the only Pakistani band

by Judea Pearl (Father of Daniel Pearl) Salman Ahmed said,
" We were happy to perform. Judea Pearl asked us and
we feel for him, especially because this murder took place
in our back yard, in Karachi. Danny had been a big music fan
and had listened to `Parvaaz'''' [Junoon''''s 1999 release]
and so if I can do anything to ease his father''s pain and
participate in this day, I want to. What happened was totally
condemnable."
Association

Salman Ahmed and rest of band. S. Asif Alam of AOPP said that
Junoon has shown true Pakistan to the world by projecting
its rich and tasteful music to the western world and have
rightly projected Pakistan as country of peace loving people
by dedicating there song No More to the 9/11 victims
